5-Session Transformational Journey

This isn’t just five conversations.

It’s a structured container designed to help you move from emotional confusion and stagnation to clarity, resilience, and aligned action.

Over 3 months, we work through five intentional phases:

We clarify your current situation and identify the patterns keeping you stuck.
You’ll learn a practical method to process emotions without suppressing or being overwhelmed by them — so you can move forward without carrying unresolved weight.

 

2. Direction & Personal Alignment

We uncover what actually matters to you right now.
Purpose doesn’t have to be grand — it needs to be true.
You’ll leave with a clear sense of direction that feels grounded and realistic.

3. Mental Strength & Self-Trust

We work on mindset patterns, resilience, and emotional regulation.
You’ll develop practical tools to handle setbacks, self-doubt, and difficult seasons without collapsing back into old habits.

4. Subconscious Rewiring & Identity Work

We address deeper belief systems shaping your reality.
You’ll receive a personalised guided meditation recording designed specifically for your journey — helping you reinforce the identity you’re stepping into.

 

5. Integration & Courageous Action

We consolidate everything and create a focused action plan.
You won’t just feel clearer — you’ll know exactly how to move forward with intention and confidence

Single Mentoring Session

Prefer to start smaller?
A single session is a focused space to explore what you’re navigating — similar in structure to a counselling session, but centred on practical understanding and emotional clarity.

We’ll discuss what’s going on for you and identify patterns, emotions, or challenges that may be keeping you stuck. I may take brief notes so we can stay clear and focused.

Together, we’ll explore strategies and mindsets tailored to your situation — ideas that honour your experience and help you move forward with greater understanding and resilience.

I never prescribe solutions or tell you what you must do. Everything I offer is guidance and perspective, delivered in partnership with you. You remain the author of your life; my role is to strengthen your sense of agency and clarity.

You’ll walk away with:

  • Encouragement and emotional support

  • Practical ideas and perspectives

  • A clearer understanding of your next steps

  • Tools and mindsets to navigate your challenges

A Glimpse of Me

A Passionate, Heart-Based Firestarter.

 

Outside mentoring, I love retreating for a hike into nature and getting sunshine on my skin. I'm drawn to the beach and the forest. I love making art of varying kinds. I bang drums, create visual pieces, and write poetry, thoughts or ideas that I may later turn into videos I share. When I'm not being active, creative or 'productive', I love to just melt into rest and do nothing!
I'm guilty of binging a tv series as much as the next person, and I absolutely love shuffling my collection of many thousands of songs on Spotify. I keep my eyes on the sky, and love star gazing. An animal lover forever, from the smallest spider to the largest beast. My family, friends, and beautiful girlfriend are most important to me.

Why I Mentor

I'm dedicated to helping people struggling to find their path in life. The ones who may feel painfully held back by their own minds. Who go through trial after trial and can never seem to create lasting change or a true sense of inner peace or confidence in themselves.

 

I am deeply passionate about encouraging people to cultivate a strong mind and emotional intelligence. I wish for more people in this world to experience the joy of thinking for oneself and finding one's own way in life. This can be achieved through courage, mindset, and the right strategies.

 

That's where mentoring comes in. I've walked the walk with mental illness for years. I truly understand the struggle. I know and love many who do.

I saw psychologists, doctors, and counsellors, but I longed for something deeper than what Western Psychology currently offers. What I desired was the opportunity to work with someone who deeply understood what I was experiencing, had true spiritual wisdom, and was further along the path than I was. I've spent over a decade learning what works and what doesn't. I became the Guide I needed back then. Now, I'd like to teach you what I know so you can become your own personal Guide.   

 

Your path is truly unique. No one experiences life quite like you do. Your flavour of reality is one of a kind. So it's important for you to honour that, not just for yourself, but for the wider world around you. Who knows what good you could bring to this world when you finally recognise your own power! 

 

This planet needs more people embodying who they truly are and shining their light with the world - however that might look.

My Mentoring Style

As you can probably guess, my mentoring and therapeutic style has a strong spiritual influence. I believe our mental health is often correlated with our spiritual awareness. 

What spiritual awareness means to me is this - to put it as simply as possible - it is knowing oneself. To know oneself is to love oneself, and to love oneself is to live life in accordance with one's own way. So then, when mental disturbance takes place, which it will, it is no longer the same problem it once was. Why?

Because there is self-love, understanding, and wisdom in knowing who you are, and you will carry this with you in your darkest moments.  That is, when you begin to recognise the beauty of your own nature - more and more, year by year.

  

 

I'm simply a guide along your journey to that place of wholeness, holding up a sign saying "this way up!"
